Hi — thanks for coming to my blog. I try to keep the message entertaining and talk about things of interest in the wonderful real estate market of the South Bay of Los Angeles including my favorite beach cities of Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach and Torrance, and my “other home” of Rolling Hills Estates, where my daughter and I keep our horses and spend time each day caring for them. I love this area and want to convey that to my readers. I will write about things that have some interest to the buying and selling public, such as negotiation strategies, issues currently happening with the mortgage banking world such as sub-prime lending, trends in interest rates, etc, sales trends in the various areas, and ideas for remodeling and fixing your home with an eye to future resale.
